7 One One Palm is a boutique condominium under development in downtown Sarasota. The 5-story building, consisting of 16 contemporary units plus ample amenities, was designed by award-winning Sarasota architect Mark Sultana of DSDG Architecture. After Seaward Development had failed to launch the product in two previous opportunities, they came to us and requested a branding and marketing strategy for the third launch, so that they could effectively position the project within the market.
The designers at Persimmon Creative developed the “brand essence” for a new construction condominium I was introducing to the market. They helped me “tell the story” with a beautifully designed logo, an easy to navigate web site, an interesting brochure, and eye-catching print and web ads.
